Appointments typically last 60-90 minutes for first consultations, with 30-minute follow-ups, and are focused on understanding your full mental health picture; not just your symptoms. Dr Cooke will ask about your
concerns, medical history, any previous treatment, and what you’re hoping to get out of the process.
You’ll leave with a clear understanding of the next steps; whether that includes a diagnosis, medication, further assessment, or simply continued support.
First consultation (1 hour): R 3 450
Follow-up (30 minutes): r 1 725
This can be claimed from your medical aid (if applicable) or directly by patients registered under Prescribed Minimum Benefits (PMBs). All pricing is VAT inclusive.
